Your Answer:
Given:-
Linear Equation of the Graph as 3x + 4y = 6
Solution:-
Finding points to plot
3x + 4y = 6
For the first point
Let x = 2
So,
[tex]\tt 3(2) + 4y = 6 \\\\ \tt \Rightarrow 6 + 4y = 6 \\\\ \tt \Rightarrow 4y = 0 \\\\ \tt \Rightarrow y=0[/tex]
So,the first point is A(2,0)
For the second point
Let x = 6
So,
[tex]\tt 3(6) +4y = 6 \\\\ \tt \Rightarrow 18 +4y =6 \\\\ \tt \Rightarrow 4y = -12 \\\\ \tt \Rightarrow y = -3[/tex]
So, the second point is B(6,-3)
So, by observing the graph we come to know that
linear Equation Graph cuts the x axis at (2,0) and y axis at (0, 3/2)
