Given question -:
A garden has 60 trees in all. Out of which 1/3 trees are of mango, 1/2 trees are of coconut and remaining are Jackfruit trees. How many jackfruit trees are there in the garden?
solution
Total trees = 60
Now 1/3 are mango
1/3 of 60 = 1/3× 60 = 20
Hence there are 20 mango trees im the garden
also 1/2 are coconut
1/2× 60 = 30
Hence there are 30 coconut trees in the garden
Now
Remaining tress = total trees - mango trees + coconut trees
60 - 20 + 30
60 -50 = 10
Hence there are 10 jackfruit trees in the garden
Hope this will help you
Thank you..
