Answer:
2x² - 6x + 3 = 0 multiply into 2 on both sides
=> 4x² -12x = -3
=> (2x)² - 2(2x)(3) = -3
add 3² on both sides
=> (2x-3)² = -3 + 9
=> 2x -3 = +6 or 2x -3 = -6
=> x = 9/2 or -3/2

CONDITIONS-
•If discriminant > zero , then it has real and unequal roots.
•If discriminant = zero , then it has real and equal roots.
•If discriminant < zero , then it has unreal roots.
Note- You forgot to give the sign of c i.e. 3 .So I supposed it to be +ve.
