To find:
A Maximum number of the circles can be drawn.
Solution:
1) The radius of the circle is 3.2 cm so the diameter will be 6.4 cm.
2) The side of the square is 14 so if we draw two circles that would cover 12.8 cm which is less than 14 cm.
3) So in total, we can draw a maximum of 4 circles
