Where,
m is the mass
g is the acceleration due to gravity
h is the height attained by object.
Force = mg = 5kN

Therefore, 5 kN = 5×1000 = 5000 N
Substitute the value we get
→ W = 5000 × 20
→ W = 100000 J
→ W = 100000/1000 Kj
