Now all 3 digit odd numbers whose digits are equal:
111, 333, 555, 777, 999
A = sum of all even three digit number which all the three digits are equal
= 222+ 444+ 666 + 888 = 2220
B = sum of all odd 3 digit numbers in which all the digits are equal
= 111 + 333+ 555+777+999 = 2775
B/A = 2775/2220 = 1.25
Hence, the answer is 1.25.
