Answer: 3m60cm=360cm. Ratio=7:5. Let ratio be in x. 7x+5+=360. 12x= 360. X=30. Smallest part=5x. 5*30. =150cm.

Total length of rope=3m60cm
=360cm
ratio=7:5
let ratio be x
7x + 5x = 360
12x= 360
x=360/12
x =30
smallest part =5x
=5×30
=150cm
largest part = 7x
=7×30
=210 cm
hence, the length of larger piece is 210 cm
