ow, one could go on for quite some time trying to define what it is and how it occurs, but lets simplify. Lets say happiness is simply being content with one's environment. So what is the difference between an average intelligence person and a highly intelligent person? Processing power, the speed at which our brains collect, sort, store and then retrieve information. So a highly intelligent person is going to absorb and potentially utilize a significantly greater portion of ambient information than most. This means that if there are flaws, they are more likely to notice them. It also means if there are opportunities to improve, maybe not a flaw but something that would make things better, they'd be more likely to notice those as well.

There is also the positive end. If you don't know something can be done you never get to experience doing it.
