Since the gas is at 27 degrees Celsius, that's exactly 300 Kelvin.
An ideal gas is a gas where you can apply a clusterfuck of laws: Boyle’s law, Charles’ law and Avogadro’s law.
All these laws are summarized by saying that: PV=nRT (P is pressure, V is volume, n is the number of moles of matter, R is a constant and T is temperature).
We can then deduce that V=nRPT, so V∝T
So if the volume is tripled, the temperature triples too, to become 900K, or 627 degree Celcius
