We can find the height by Pythagoras Theorem,
In ∆ RTQ,
★ (Hypotenuse)² = (Base)² + (Height)²
⇒ (17)² = (8)² + (y)²
⇒ 289 = 64 + y²
⇒ y² = 289 - 64
⇒ y² = 225
⇒ y = √225
⇒ y = 15
Height = 15 cm
