Hmmmm this is tricky because I don't know what you mean by "survive". If you place it into straight coke it won't die per se as a virus technically isn't alive. The virus that can survive the HCL in the stomach to cause a discomfort will definitely survive the phosphoric acid in coke meaning that coke won't "kill" the virus. Remember, viruses only can be deactivated and reactivated, a virus isn't considered "alive" by the medical community it's more like a robot. It can be turned on and off and lay dormant. Will coke kill the virus? No, but it may deactivate it. Honestly there is not too much research on caffeine and virus deactivation. Funny thing is, coke syrup helps cure stomach ache symptoms.

Coca Cola has a well kept secret formula hidden safely. The secret formula is the great mystery surrounding Coca Cola, probably the best known soft drink in the world since past many decades. One trivial fact is that the color of Coca Cola when it was first launched was "Green'.
