Explanation:
Adaptation in Fish
1)The streamlined body shape helps the fish to move through the water easily (because such a shape offers least resistance to motion). 2) The fish has special organs called “gills” which-help it to absorb oxygen-dissolved in water for breathing. 2)Frog adaptations such as a small waist, no neck and a broad, flat skull make his body streamlined for swimming. The frog's skin is thin, which allows for air to pass through, in effect allowing him to breathe through his skin. Powerful hind legs and feet allow the frog to jump long distances. 3)Leaves of Lotus plant are very wide and disc shaped. This allows them to float on water and absorb large amount of sunlight. The stem and leaf surfaces of Lotus are coated with a wax which is very difficult to wet. Therefore, it keeps the surfaces free from excessive water even in water rich environment.
