The CPA gives the rights to the consumers to be informed about the quality, quantity, potency, standard and price of goods or services so as to be protected against unfair trade practices. ... Consumers may file a complaint under the RTI with respect to goods or services before the appropriate authority.
RTI means right to information act.it is enacted on 15th June 2005.it is the act of parliament of India to provide for setting out the practical regime of the right to information to citizens and replaced the erstwhile Freedom of information Act,2005
