angiosperm are plants in which ovaries are present
gymnosperm are plant in which ovaries are absent.
angiosperm are plant with parallel veinnation while in angiosperm are plant with reticulate veinnation...

they are the flower bearing plant which have seeds enclosed within an ovary.
ex- apple,mango,guava
gymnosperm
they are seed bearing plant which have no flowers or fruit but have unenclosed or naked seeds on the surface of leaves.
ex-cashew, cycads,conifers
