lymph nodes: these are masses of adenoid reticulo endothelial cells,distributed all over the body.but most concentrated in the neck part and in groin areas.
blood capillaries: blood capillaries are spread all over the body they are very thin they join to form venules which further join to form veins. cappilaries have thinest walls so they also help in exchange of gasses
