What I need is a program that will let me type in my moves and convert them to a PGN file. I have a notebook full of chess games that I would like digital copies of, and it seems typing them would be easier than recreating the moves in a chess program as I've been doing.

Does anyone know a good PGN creator?

PGN does not need a special creator program. Any program that will create plain ascii text will work. Just give the file a .pgn file extension instead of .txt.
If you follow a few format rules as you type it, and then add a .pgn to the file name it should be readable by any computer chess program that reads pgn files. Begin with 7 pairs of square brackets [ ] , each followed by a single return, for game identification information. But adding the information items inside the square brackets is optional.
Type in the moves in game in this format.
1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc3
and so on.
Don't put in any returns in this part.
Castling is O-O-O or O-O That is a capital letter O not number 0.
{ } curly brackets are for optional comments and annotations.
At the end of the game type 0-1 1-0 or 1/2-1/2 as the case may be.
Details and an example are at:

Your mileage may vary, but unless you already have the moves typed out, you may find it easier to play the game on a computer and then save it in pgn.

Jesus was the firstborn of all creation (also John 1:3). Jehovah created his son, first, then Jesus came to be a "master worker" and the rest of creation was through him. Jehovah is still the "Creator" since he created Jesus to make everything else (1 Cor 8:6).
