differentiate both sides with respect to x
→dy/dx = d{cos(ax+b)}/dx
→dy/dx = (-sin(ax+b)* d(ax+b)/dx..…...(using chain rule)
→dy/dx= (-sin(ax+b)* (a+0)
→dy/dx = -asin(ax+b).
