Newton's Second Law as stated below applies to a wide range of physical phenomena, but it is not a fundamental principle like the Conservation Laws.
Newton's third law: All forces in the universe occur in equal but oppositely directed pairs. There are no isolated forces; for every external force that acts on an object there is a force of equal magnitude but opposite direction which acts back on the object which exerted that external force.
HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

According to newton's first law of motion:
An object at rest will remain at rest and an object in motion will remain in motion at constant velocity unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.
Example:When the bus starts moving forward, the person that is standing is thrown off balance and then falls backward.
According to Newton's second law of motion:
Force = Mass X Acceleration.
Example:If you push on the cart, it begins to move, The harder you push, the faster the cart accelerates.
According to its third law of motion
Every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
Example:As you walk, your feet push against the floor. At the same time, the floor pushes with an equal but opposite force against your feet.
