Charles proposed ''natural selection"nthe famous 'theory of evolution'
he voyaged for five years, just when he was 22 yrs old. he visited a no. of places including Galapagos Islands. he keenly observed the flora and fauna of these places. he gathered a lot of information and evidences. Darwin observed a small group of related birds which are exhibiting diversity in structure in the Galapagos islands. these birds were finch birds....he was influenced by the book 'Principles of Geology
darwin proposed the theory of ntural selection which means that the nature only selects or decides which organism should should survive or perish in nature....this is the meaning of survival of fitterst...........the organism with useful traits will survive...........if traits are not useful to organisms then they are going to be perished or eliminated from its environment.
