I have bought and configured my iball BATON IB-WRA150N 150M wireless-n adsl2+ router for wiress connection with bsnl telephone line.
I see the guidebook says, change the default administrator password, for security purpose.
So, How can i change the "admin/admin" username and password for the IB-WRA150N, which it asks, when i type 192.168.1.1, to something else?

First of all, if you do not know the login when typing the 192... address, then press the reset button on your modem so that the username and password reset to the default. Probably something like "admin" and "password" will be it. It may be on the box or can be found online or by calling your ISP if they provided the modem. If however you do have the current login and want to change it, simply login and navigate the interface for the change password section. Here is a YouTube video about configuring that modem, perhaps it'll show the set username/password area: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7BLAq1xTLJ0 And here's a video in regards to changing the WiFi password (a separate password, for wireless connections rather than direct modem login).
You shouldn't really worry about it even though it says that. People can only access that page if they first manage to connect to your WiFi.
As for your question, I can't really answer very directly since it's not a well known router but its supposed to be under an advanced settings or wireless settings tab
