Ok I Was Trying To Change So I Could Use The Welcome Screen On My Computer... So It Says Something About Client Services for Something Dont Exactly Remember.. But Anyway To Use Welcome Screen Said I Had To Uninstall Client Services.. So I Did , I Restarted And Now It Says
" A Recently Installed Program Has Disabled The Welcome Screen And Fast User Switching. To Restore These Features, You Must Uninstall The Program. The Following Name Might Help You Identify The Program That Made The Change: IWPDGINA.DLL"

Just go to the "Start" button, then point to "All Programs", and after, search the file that disabledthe Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching and point to it, then click "Uninstall".
go to start, settings, control panel, users accounts. you need to add an account (guest) for an option to change users. or if that had been done then use the change the way a user logs on option.
