According to this law when two pure homogyzous different plant are crossed with the contrasting pair of characteristic then out of both characteristic , the characteristic which is appeared in the F1 generation is dominent characteristic and other characterictic which is not appeared in the F1 generation is recessive .
Example: If 1 pure tall plant is crossed with pure dwarf plant then only dwarf plant is produced in the F1 generation.
