At least 40 oz of Water a day. Its a good idea to make this a daily practice.
Also a little known kidney stone treatment that was published by Harvard Medical School in the 60's, discovered that by taking a kelated magnesium supplement with B6, would reduce kidney stone production by 92.3%. It works!!! It is recommended taking 400 mg of Magnesium Citrate with 50 mg of vitamin B6. Most vitamin shops have products with this combination. This must be taken every day. Don't drink tea or eat almonds or peanuts.
