In Japan, there is no exam performed until the child become 10 years old . They give them manners, they teach them practically because they believe in Manners before education .
Not only Japan, most of the countries provide best education practically without any cost and make the child perfect .
Our nation can also bring changes by transforming old system into new one and ofcourse by the contribution of us .

Indian education focuses more on academics and gives least importance to practical training and knowledge. On the other hand, Western system of education encourages individual interests, learning abilities and aptitude towards any vocations.
