You seem to be following a predictable path here. Or to put it another way, you're getting anxious about your anxiety which has a tendency to make you increasingly miserable and isolate you from the meaning and richness of life.. It's hard work to retrain your brain by noticing what is going on that you would like to see continue.. Turn your focus and interest onto the world around you. Some people do this through mindfulness practice. If you can resist the impulse to introspection, you will make progress. Some find it useful to find a psychiatrist/therapist to jump start the process.
