nth term of is ( − 9 n + 4 )
1st term will be (a) :- {-9(1) + 4} = -5
2nd term will be :- {-9(2) + 4} = -14
so common difference (d) = -14 -(-5) = -9
we know that:-
[tex] a_{n} = a + (n - 1)d [/tex]
[tex]a_{14} = - 5 + (14 - 1)( - 9)[/tex]
[tex] a_{14} \: = - 122[/tex]
