I want to lose 38 (18 kilos) pounds by February and reach my dream weight -I am now 124 pounds/ 56 kilos... on 5'1/ 156 cm-.
I realize it isn't healthy but I have multi allergy and can gain like 5 pounds of water during one night and can even look bigger than my true weigh in like 9 pounds and look bloaty just because of the allergy.
So is there any possible way to lose that much of weight by February?!

Very simple.......eat nothing but protein (NOT liquid protein) Natural foods such as chicken, beef, pork, green veggies if you want a little variation, cheese, eggs, and soy products. Drink at least 2 liters of fluids a day. You will have no trouble losing the weight
