I wanted to know if there is a way to remove missing files from our media library in iTunes (like there is an option in the Winamp media library called "remove missing files") without having to manually delete it from the library........ this is helpful if you delete some songs from your hard disk or you move them to another location.

I know what you're talking about, but I don't think there is such an option in iTunes. Whenever I delete something, but then go to iTunes and it is still there with the "missing" symbol, you usually have to go and delete it by hand. One thing you could do is select each one by holding Ctrl and clicking each missing one (still holding Ctrl), then press delete once to delete them all.
Sorry there's no real solution, but I hope this helps!
