•OREO : A case study analysis
The "Oreo Cookie" is a chocolate wafer cookie with crème in between and was first introduced in 1912 by NABISCO.And over the years it became one of the best selling cookies. Originally, these were animal cookies, and were made with lard, in both its rendered and unrendered forms. In the mid 1990's the people started getting aware of the fact that the cookies contained lards and it caused a problem to many consumers due to health and spiritual beliefs of consuming lard. Henceforth, in a hypothetical situation it's still the mid 1990's and the company has eventually stopped using lards for a fact which only the company knows
