Adarsh Ltd., was formed with an authorized capital of Rs.30,00,000 divided into equity shares of
Rs. 10/- each. The company invited applications for 2,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a
premium of 20%. The money was payable as follows:
On application Rs.5/-, on allotment Rs. 4/- (including premium of Rs. 27-), Rs. 2 - on first call and Re. 1
rest on the final call. Applications were received for 2,40.000 shares and allotment was made as under:
