If these are the sides of a triangle we should check whether they make a pythagorean triplet or not.
According to pythagorean theorem,
Sum of two sides of triangle > third side
so,
2 + 6 = 8
And,
8 > 7
Similarly,
6 + 7 = 13
And,
13 > 2
Similarly,
7 + 2 = 9
And,
9 > 6
Thus we can now say that it is possible to have triangle having these sides.
