1. Edit /etc/apt/sources.list like below

# wheezy-updates, previously known as 'volatile'
deb http://cdn.debian.net/debian/ wheezy-updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://cdn.debian.net/debian/ wheezy-updates main contrib non-free

In each line add contrib and non-free.
2. become root using su
$ su
$ root password : <enter the root password>
# aptitude update
# aptitude upgrade
# aptitude install flashplugin-nonfree
Then you can use Adobe flash player.
You you pefer GUI, second step can be replaced using Synaptic package manager.

First verify that its written for your OS.
