⇒ ∠ADB=∠CBD [ Alternate angles ]
Also AB∥DC

⇒ DB=BD [ Common side ]
∴ △ADB≅△CBD [ By SAS congruence rule ]
Since congruent figures have same area.
∴ ar(ADB)=ar(CBD) [ Hence, proved ]
