Option A: At anaphase, which is the preceding stage of telophase, the microtubule attached to the kinetochore shortens and daughter chromosomes moves to the poles of dividing cell. And at telophase , a new nuclear envelope re-forms around each group of daughter chromosomes. Now the cell will have two nuclear membranes on each pole of the cell.
