I haven't read this poem but from the above three words I am feeling like they are sounds of something.
Means there is a figure of speech used in the poem which is termed as onomatopoeia which simply means sound words.
And here, Clatter means a continuous rattling sound when hard object strike against each other like when dishes strike with each other.
Clank means a loud and sharp sound which basically made when metals strike.
Jangling is the synonym of clank like keys are in your pocket.
