M/s XYZ, believes in assignment duties and powers to perform them as per situation. It believed that there is no necessity of creating a formal authority-responsibility set-up. It also believe ascertaining the views and response of workers through its informers amongst them. a situation came when the entire business stated working on gossips, rumours and on the basis of personal relations.
