There is no word special for sanitizer. But we can frame a word by using root words in Sanskrit.
Root word is क्षल् which means to cleanse, purify.
So, word can be प्रक्षालक meaning “one which cleanses”.
But using it, you may not describe difference between soap and sanitizer. So, let's be creative. जलेन विना means “without water”. So, using the तत्पुरुष समास word can be formed जलविनाप्रक्षालक meaning “the one which cleanses without water”
I tried my best.
There is no word in the dictionary for it, but let's coin a word. How about निर्मलकारिका (Nirmalakārikā)?[I prefer the feminine noun as it sounds cool. But logically the masculine form निर्मलकारक (nirmalakāraka) could also be used.]
