Molar conductivity is the conductance (1/resistance) due to all the ions of that volume of electrolyte which contains 1 mole of electrolyte.
Molar conductivity = K/C
K= conductivity or specific conductance
And, K= conductance x cell constant(length/area)
Therefore, the unit of K is 1/(ohm x cm) or specifically we use siemens/cm
From that we can say that,
The SI unit of molar conductivity=Scm^2mole^-1
