The people of Mehrgarh were very innovative and had high level of development because;
(i) They were skilled in dental surgery and other medical activities.
(ii) They created Sangam literature.
(iii) The oldest ceramic figurines in South Asia were found at Mehrgarh which are still being used in the current era.
Mehrgarh Civilisation was located near Bolan Pass to the west of Indus Valley, now in Pakistan. Their innovative skills were :-
1. Archaelogical site discovered at Mehrgarh is considered one of the most modern and well planned farm villages by Historians.
2. Earliest known evidences of Dental Surgery were found in its ruins.
3. Mud brick houses and sophisticated granaries have been found during excavation.
