A Verb is a word that denotes an action or being or possession.
Read the following sentences.
A Verb, in different senses, can be Transitive, Intransitive or Incomplete.
Here are a few examples:
1. I felt the stones under my feet. (Transitive)
2. The dead cannot feel. (Intransitive)
3. We all felt sad at the bad news. (Link)
Kinds of Verbs
There are two kinds of Verbs: Transitive and Intransitive.
