Let tens is X then ones will be 13-X
and the number = 10X+(13-X) = 9X+13
If digit are interchanged the ones will be 13-X and tens will be X, then resulting number will be 10(13-X) +X= 13-9X.
It is added to original number we get 143
So, (9X+13)+(13-9X) = 143
143=143
This true for all X making sum of digit 13
If ones and tens are 4, 9 number is 49
If ones and tens are 5, 8 number is 58
Similarly numbers will be 67, 76, 85 and 94.
hope it helps u.
