Verified answer
Loads of them...though honestly speaking ..my favourite DT keyboard solos were written by Kevin Moore...he had a very humble approach to playing the keyboard which suited DT perfectly in my opinion..but JR is fantastic as well (he started playing some unnecessary keyboard parts in systematic chaos and Black Clouds..but the latest DT album has been really memorable from his point of view)..
One last time (Intro piano solo)
Blind Faith (he shines on this one)
Octavarium (magical!)
Hollow Years (budokan version..ending solo)
Honor Thy Father (the only 'JR' moment on Train of Thought)
Hourglass (what emotion in this piece..breathtaking!)
lots more..cant remember all of them..
@ Mark : Firstly ..get your facts right..then talk all you want..Rudess never went to Berkeley..
Dream Theater Keyboard
The Dance Of Eternity
Home
Ytse Jam
In The Name Of God ( solos and unison with guitar are both amazing)
This Dying Soul ( Solo and unison again pretty great)
Most of the people I've met and seen on here despise that man, well not exactly but I suppose you get my point. He's a good vocalist people, I don't think replacing him with anyone else will add anything to their music, would you like to disagree about this band's perfection?
I don't actually care for Jordan's DT solo's much. Too much Berkeley technique, not enough soul.
