two vectors A and B are such that the magnitude of A-B equals to magnitude of A+B then angle between A and B
Answer:
Let the angle between two vectors A and B be theta
so
| A+ B | ^2 = |A|^2 + |B|^2 + 2|A| |B| cos(theta)
also
|A-B|^2 = |A|^2 + |B|^2 + 2|A| |B| cos(180 - theta)
cos(theta) = cos(180 - theta)
theta = 180 - theta
2 × theta = 180
theta = 90 degree
