People who say that , they can't be with anyone , or alone to cope up a depression and they don't look up in the positive side of anything will adversely affect the Psyche of person .

Many people who are insecure about themselves or any part of their life , This makes them in a large threat to be depressed.

keeping any matter to oneself might seem to be a better option to your privacy. but, This will keep your problem stuck inside you and you will feel depressed. So, you should have a nice talk with a trustworthy . As a hindi proverb says,

Comparing oneself with other can be one of worse coping method . This leads to a feeling they we are inferior that other in any field like, economic, educational, physical, mental etc.
