Hey there !
Solution :
Alliteration is a figure of speech used both in prose as well as poetry. The characteristics of Alliteration are:
1. They have same sound for the same line and consecutive words.
2. It is also a form of consonance.
Consonance refers to the repetition of consonant sounds at end of two or three consecutive or alternate words.
Examples of Alliteration :
1. The blue birds flew in the blue sky.
2. She sells sea shells.
3. Mike made melodious music with his new microphone.
Although, Alliterations used in poems can be ignored for grammatical errors since they are used by the poet for creating a rhyme and a figure of speech.
Hope it helped :-)
