an isotope is which has same atomic number but different neutrons is called isotope
examples are carbon 12 and carbon 13 and 14 which are highly reactive or Radioactive where is carbon 12 stable among them
●Isotopes are nuclides having same atomic number and different mass numbers.
●In this case, the number of protons will be the same but number of neutrons will be different.
●Example: Hydrogen has 3 isotopes: protium, deuterium and tritium.
