Refraction- the fact or phenomenon of light, radio waves, etc. being deflected in passing obliquely through the interface between one medium and another or through a medium of varying density.
Reflection- Reflection is the change in direction of a wavefront at an interface between two different media so that the wavefront returns into the medium from which it originated.
Deflection- the action or process of deflecting or being deflected.
defraction- Diffraction refers to various phenomena that occur when a wave encounters an obstacle or a slit.

Refraction :-
Refraction is the bending of light as it passes from one substance to another. Here, the light ray passes from air to glass and back to air. The bending is caused by the differences in density between the two substances.

Deflection :-
A change of direction after hitting somebody/something.
