Explanation:
Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity in per unit time.
Formula : final velocity - initial velcity / time
Uniform accleration is when the rate of change of velocity in per unit time is equal throughout the journey.
Eg - In the first 5 seconds your final velocity is 0 m/s and intitial velocity is 5 /s, so acceleration = 5-0/5 = 1 m / sq. seconds. Now, in the second 5 seconds your final velocity is 10 m/s and intitial velocity is 5m /s, so acceleration = 10-5/5 = 1 m / sq. seconds and so on. Here the accleration is same for every 5 seconds so this is uniform acceleration.
Hope this helped you.
Answer:
Translation: If an object's speed (velocity) is increasing at a constant rate then we say it has uniform acceleration. The rate of acceleration is constant. If a car speeds up then slows down then speeds up it doesn't have uniform acceleration.
