I don't believe they've released any of the info yet, but to me it seems odd that he died 5 days after being hospitalized. Since he had a history of prescription drug and alcohol abuse I would suspect a strong possibility that a combination of alcohol and any acetominophen based pain killers (percocet, vicadin, lortabs, etc.) shot his liver and maybe led to complete system shut down. Whatever it was it's a shame.
Antabuse, since he was an alcoholic who had fallen off the wagon....a lot. I think he was brain dead long before the hospital drama of several days. Maybe even while he was on stage, since he had zero respect for humanity. Hey, that was just a joke!
The kind that don't mix well with alcohol.

That information has not been released yet, but it was reported that it was not a suicide attempt. To me this says not narcotics and most likely anti-depressants.
