I would like to bring this to your notice that the service I received during my stay at your hotel in Bangaluru, during my business trip was very unsatisfactory and disappointing. Considering how renowned the hotel chain is, I did not expect this at all. The facilities were malfunctioning, and the staff behaviour was not courteous, rather very rude.
Kindly take responsibility of such matters by renovating and making your hotel services updated and educating the hotel staff a little better. This kind of an experience at a five star hotel is unacceptable.

I am writing in order to express my dissatisfaction concerning a terrible experience which I had in your hotel quite recently.
Last week I came to your grand hotel on business trip. Upon arrival, however, I was informed that my favorite room was not ready , so it was changed. To make matter worse, after several hours waiting, another room which was recommended by your shift manager was not specious enough for me. After accommodating, I also noticed that the air condition would not run properly. This caused inconvenience to me.
I was, therefore, wondering how it could be possible for such an expensive as well as five-star hotel such problems! As this foul-up occurred and was completely your service problems, I feel that I am entitled to request a full refund.
